SLUGGISH HUSKIES DROP CONSOLATION GAME TO BOSSE 69-61

The North Huskies Boys Basketball finished fourth in the Fisher Invitational tournament after losing the Consolation game to Bosse 69-61. Seniors Sena Gore and Bryson Chapman both scored 16 in the game to lead North scorers and junior Greg Pieterek added 13. The Huskies led by 8 after the first quarter 21-13, but Bosse responded by shooting 78% in the second quarter hitting 9 field goals and going-five-for-five from the line to give them a seven point lead at halftime.

It was a tough, physical game with nearly 40 fouls called between the two teams. Both teams showed the effects of playing three games in little over 24 hours. North next plays AT Harrison in a rescheduled game for Thursday night at 7pm.
