POOR 2ND QTR SINKS HUSKIES IN 64-61 LOSS TO BLOOMINGTON NORTH

Missing 6 of 10 free throws combined with 13 first half turnovers were the recipe for disaster for the Huskies in a three point loss to the Cougars.  North fell behind Bloomington North by 17 points at half time and despite a furious comeback fueled by senior Ryan Huebner's 14 second half points, a three point shot at the buzzer drew iron.  The Huskies have now lost six games by an average of 4.5 points.  In four of those six losses, they held second half leads that they were unable to hold.  This is a competitive ball club that just is not getting good breaks--a turnaround appears imminent.
