A] For 2026 each team may retain one driver from their 2025 team. In subsequent seasons, each team may keep as many of their current team as they choose.

B] For 2026 the draft will be at the option of the lower finishing team. They may choose either first or second, but the draft or will proceed 1 pick, 2 picks, 1 pick UNTIL EACH TEAM HAS THREE DRIVERS. In subsequent years, the draft will be conducted [as needed] subject to the following rule:

  1] IF a team cuts below three, the team with the lower number of retainees will be allowed to draft until both teams have the same number of drivers. If that number is less than three, the team that has been waiting to choose will have the first pick once both teams have the same number of drivers.

  2] IF both teams cut to the same number, the lower finishing team (determined by the prior year's lowest total winning) will get first selection of each round.

C] A team draft's a DRIVER but, in case of point, also receives that car number for the duration of the season.

  1] In the event a driver is injured, suspended, or cannot race for any reason, the team gets the replacement driver in the specified car number for the duration of the primary driver's incapacitation.

  2] If a driver is PRONOUNCED DEAD by a legal entity, after 24 hours have passed the team may choose to EITHER carry on with the same car number and its replacement driver(s) OR may choose a different Driver/Car Number. If the team chooses a new driver/car number, they retain all rights to that selection in lieu of the original number and the original number is forfeited for the following season.

A] Each team will receive credit for a Driver's final finishing position in a race. NASCAR scoring of points in the race will not affect FASCAR scoring. Stage finishes/points are irrelevant to FASCAR.

B] Ten races will be selected each season by agreement of the participants that will be featured for FASCAR scoring. No other NASCAR races are relevant to FASCAR except in the event of a Driver death.  The Ten qualifying races for each season will be listed on www.nhsrecords.com/fascar

C] The method of scoring will be as follows:

  1] The best two finishing positions for each team will be added together to produce the team's score for the race. The lowest team total wins for the race.

  2] In the event of a tie (when adding the best two finishing positions together), the third finishing position for each team will be added to the totals of both teams. The lowest team total would then break the tie and constitute the win for the race.

A] The lowest Team Total for each race will win $5.

B] The team with the best individual finishing driver in each race will win $5.

  1] A driver need not win the race to be considered the best individual finishing driver.

  2] NASCAR investigations and penalty assignments that occur may alter the final finishing positions from time-to-time and WILL affect FASCAR payouts for both lowest Team Total and best individual finishing driver

C] Payouts will be kept on the website www.nhsrecords.com/fascar as "Season To Date Winnings". At the end of the season, the two amounts will be reduced to a NET number owed the SUPERIOR FASCAR TEAM OWNER who will be recognized as appropriate by participants.
