LATE WILDCAT THREE BEATS HUSKIES 51-50
Despite a six point lead with three minutes to play, the Huskies were unable to hold on and lost on a three point shot by Mater Dei with just three seconds to play. The Huskies had a chance to pull out the victory with a shot from the lane at the buzzer but the ball rimmed out. Senior Robert West again led the Huskies in scoring with 24 points. The game marked the sixth time in seven games that West has broke the 20 point barrier.
